9/20 - After a week of not writing any briefs for the first time since sophomore year, I was welcomed back into the security office with hugs and cookies. Thanks guys! A female student reported her book bag was missing in Dyson at 12:30 p.m. A security officer searched the building to find the book bag in the first floor men's bathroom. Nothing was taken from the bag. Now either some sicko took the bag for inappropriate pleasure reasons, or she is suffering from the worst case of hemorrhoids I have ever seen! "One, you haven't seen anything, and two, what does that have to do with anything?" Oh, look who decides to show up. Where have you been? "I just got back from Tahiti. It's really nice down there this time of year." Wow, that's great. You have to tell me all about it ...
9/22 - A student was found saluting the flag near Donnelly at 1:13 a.m. Wednesday. Well, maybe not so much saluting, as barfing at the base of the pole. Hey, six in one hand, half a dozen in the other. The student was taken to St. Francis.
9/22 - Fairview was busy this week, mostly due to Leo's brash behavior. At 11:50 p.m. they got a call to evaluate a Leo resident. When they arrived the student turned combative and refused to go to St. Francis. Police were called to the scene to help restrain the drunken temper tantrum. He was soon taken to St. Francis. It's just a hospital dude, not a Celine Dion concert, calm down.
9/23 - A student living in Talmadge walked to his car at 2:00 p.m. Thursday to find some property missing. He then noticed some suspicious teenage kid nearby and decided to chase him. Unfortunately, the younger, more in shape youngster got away. He may have been in shape, but he was also stupid. The suspect left his bike on the scene. The Talmadge student set up a sting and waited for the boy to return for his bike. Later that day, the boy returned, and the prepared student got video of him with his phone. Not only did this get handed over to the cops, but Samsung picked it up for their next "This is my movie, made by me" commercial.
